A number of apps have begun Apple’s new iAds network and are going live in the store - in particular the Yellow Pages and an app which lets you use the iPhone 4 as a flashlight which made a profit of $1,4000 on its first day through the platform. It has been reported that Apple charged $1 million to the first advertisers participating in the program.  Companies such as Walt Disney, Nissan, Citigroup, Unilever, AT&T, Chanel, General Electric, Liberty Mutual Insurance, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance, Geico, Campbell Soup, Sears Holdings, J.C. Penney, Target, Best Buy, DirecTV, and Turner Broadcasting System have put up $60 million in promised spending through the end of 2010.

Yahoo! In San Fransico have installed  72 interactive game stations at bus stops encouraging people  to rival against other parts of town.  The Yahoo! competition will last for  2 months and the winning neighbourhood will get a concert.

This bag perfectly represents the silming benefits of these tablets BURN 60.  It is a very clever eye-catching advert which will also promote the product after being bought by the use of the gift bag.  I wonder how effective the campaign was in the country of origin.

This is one of Coca Cola's adverts from their early days.  Notice how the advertising has changed from way the lady is dressed to the cup she is holding.  Coca Cola seems rather elegantly within this time period.  The advert was printed in the 1890s. It's a difficult time for everyone people and now with the coalition government spending cuts there's more of a worry.  People are stressing over their jobs and graduates are finding it difficult to enter the career ladder.  However, its not impossible so do not dispare.  So you've gotten past applying and are now in the foot of the door for an interview, the best tip is to sell or in this case advertise all your good qualities.  Here are a few pointer tips on advertising yourself: Be positive!  Have a positive attitude and when interviewing be positive about your experiences and education and how they have helped you gained skills. Simle and be friendly - always important as they are trying to see if you would fit within the company. Make your you prepare your answers for the interview.  Practise in front of a mirror. Advertise yourself be knowning your top qualities. Give examples of your top qualities.  Advertise yourself by dressing smartly....
